1 Week Online Personal Training

At breese2you I provide expert online personal training programs and  weightloss coaching using my 20 years experience working as a personal trainer and nutrition coach.


  • An intake questionnaire and introduction phone call (30mins) to get things started and will be done before your start date. 
  • A 1 week Training program based on your intake questionnaire and intro phone call.
  • Full use on my easy to use bridge athletic app where you can follow your training plan
  • Fill out daily performance log
  • Easy to follow program with videos and technique tips 
  • Record your technique and send to me, ask questions and log sets reps weights etc for a fulliy interactive experience 
  • Phone call check in at the end of each week.
  • Daily checkins to make sure you are doing all you can, keeping you accountable for your progression. 

    As soon as you sign up you will recieve a personal email from me with a link to your nutritional intake questionnaire. Please take time to answer all the questions to the best of your ability. I will then send you a quick start guide based on the answers you have given for you to read at your own pace along with a follow up call before you start the program. The program will start the first monday after you have finsihed the intake questionnaire unless otherwise stated.
