Sometimes our happiness gets lost, lost in everything else in our life and before long we look back and think its been a long time since I have had that consistent happy feeling.
Its easy to rattle off a list of things that make us happy as a matter of right but do those things really make us happy and if they do how much time are we spending doing them?
What is your happy?????
Think of 5 things that make you truly happy, it can be a place, a person, something you do, a time you spend, take sometime to really think about this.
When you have 5 things(maybe a challenge in itself) write down the last time you did each one.
Now thinking forwards, write down in your diary when will do each one next, see if you can get all 5 in the next 14 days.Let me know how you get on.
