I’ve always been overweight, the amount I have been overweight has fluctuated a lot over the years. I have tried various different ways to lose weight and with all of them I have followed exactly the same pattern a few good weeks or months where I have made some progress and lost some weight, but then something happens, a birthday, Christmas, a holiday and it all goes out of the window, then a few months later I’m either back to where I was or heavier than when I started.
I’ve wanted to have another try at losing weight and getting fitter but was wary of going down the same route again, so this time I was looking for a different way, which is when I found Grant, and his online weight loss programme. I’m now 7 months into the programme and have lost 60lbs and making significant progress towards where I want to be.
I went in to the programme with an open mind, but did have some doubts over it being mainly online, but this was quickly put to rest once I got stuck in, the online element is great, very easy to use and provides a constant reminder of what you should be focusing on, this backed up with the regular calls with Grant keeps the motivation there and the progress going forward.
One of the most interesting things I have found with the programme is it seems to have the uncanny knack of pushing you and supporting you at exactly the right time. If ever you feel your motivation lacking, that days lesson will get you back into the right frame of mind to push on and make positive decisions, or provide you with some information that will make you think about what you are doing in a different way and get you interested in applying that information to you own situation.
To say Grants programme has made a difference to me would be an understatement, it has had a positive impact in all aspects on my daily life. Its great seeing the weight come off and having to buy smaller clothes for the first time in years, but it has made significant differences where I wasn’t really expecting them, my self-confidence (I wouldn’t have been writing a blog post like this a year ago) and my general mood has improved significantly, and I feel better equipped to deal with day to days stresses, especially those that would have pushed me off track in the past.
I still have a long way to go to get to where I really want to be, and with Grants continuing support I feel more confident about getting there than I ever have.

Allan is a real pleasure to coach and I really enjoy watching how he has learned, developed and changed his mindset to fit with what he wants to achieve. By getting the important people around him on board he has the vital support from friends and family. The program fits with his lifestyle and allows him the flexibility he needs.
